The Way of the Rose follows Clark Strand and Perdita Finn through their unexpected encounter with the feminine face of the sacred and their rediscovery of the rosary as a living practice of prayer, Earth wisdom, devotion, and connection with the Mother.

Together we will explore the ancient symbolism woven into this familiar prayer, our own relationships with Mary and the Divine Feminine, and what it might mean to reclaim a spiritual practice from outside the boundaries of traditional religion.

We gather in Circle.

The book gives us a place to begin, but the real conversation is what the words awaken in us.

We read slowly. We question. We reflect. We share our own experiences and listen to the experiences of other women. Sometimes we agree with the author. Sometimes we do not. There is room for both.

There are no experts at the center of the Circle. We sit as equals, each woman bringing her own wisdom, intuition, questions, and lived experience.

Our books become doorways into conversations about Mary Magdalene, the Divine Feminine, spirituality, history, mysticism, embodiment, and what these teachings might mean for our lives now.
