Opening Session — Setting the Container

We begin with the full picture. The alchemy metaphor. Why heart-soul coherence is the key to real transformation. What purging actually means — and why it is not punishment but liberation.

What we're solving: walking into shadow work without a container strong enough to hold it.

🌹 Week 1 — The First Power: Darkness

The loss of inner knowing. We begin at the root — where fear took hold, where self-trust was eroded, where you learned it wasn't safe to know what you know.

What we're solving: the chronic doubt that overrides everything you hear from the inside.

🌹 Week 2 — The Second Power: Craving

The misdirected longing for wholeness. Desire is not the problem — it is the misplacement of desire. We meet the hunger that has been driving you toward everything except the one thing that would actually feed you.

What we're solving: the seeking that never ends because nothing outside you can give you what you're actually looking for.

🌹 Week 3 — The Third Power: Ignorance of the Self

Conditioning. Control. Performance over presence. We go into the solar plexus — where we learned to perform instead of be, to manage instead of feel, to earn love instead of receive it. Where powerlessness and perfectionism took root and called themselves identity.

What we're solving: the exhaustion of living for everyone else's version of who you should be.

🌹 Week 4 — The Fourth Power: Craving for Death (Zeal for Death)

Self-erasure dressed as sacrifice. This is the one women feel the deepest. The grief, the heartbreak, the shutting down of the heart to avoid future pain. The ways we have abandoned ourselves in the name of love, duty, devotion — and called it virtue.

What we're solving: the pattern of making yourself smaller so others can feel comfortable, and calling it spiritual.

🌹 Week 5 — The Fifth Power: Kingdom of the Flesh (Enslavement to the Body)

The silenced voice. The swallowed truth. We go into the throat — where voice suppression took hold, where truth was used against you, where you learned that acceptance required self-erasure. The belief that your truth will hurt or be rejected. That it is better to be silent.

What we're solving: the words you have been swallowing for years because you learned it wasn't safe to speak.

🌹 Week 6 — The Sixth Power: Foolish Wisdom (False Wisdom)

Spiritual bypassing. The ego wearing enlightenment as a costume. We go into the third eye — where gaslighting and spiritual deception taught you not to trust your own perception. Where external authority was placed above direct knowing. This is the subtlest Power — the one that hides in the language of awakening itself.

What we're solving: the part of you that knows all the right things and hasn't actually changed.

🌹 Week 7 — The Seventh Power: Wrath of Fire (Wrathful Wisdom)

Spiritual wounding. Religious trauma. The exile from the divine. We end at the crown — where abandonment by God took root, where separation from the sacred became the deepest wound of all. The rage born from that exile. Here we reclaim what was always true: you were never separate. The kingdom within has always been here.

What we're solving: the spiritual homelessness that has kept you searching outside yourself for something that was never lost.

🌹 Closing Session — Integration

The ground is clear. We gather what shifted. We document the journey. We name who you are now that the Seven Powers no longer run the show. And we open the door to what comes next.

What we're solving: finishing the work and having nowhere to take it.
